Description

  • Acquire new clients through outbound prospecting and hunting strategies.
  • Cross-sell and upsell existing clients through consultative sales.
  • Identify opportunities with mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through negotiation and closing.
  • Develop pipeline strategy, qualify prospects, handle objections, and drive deals to close.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals as an individual contributor.
  • Provide timely, detailed, and actionable feedback to management, product, and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to create materials that improve conversion rates.
  • Work with Country and Regional Managers to develop, track, and exceed quota targets.
  • Build a strong client experience for business owners focused on their financial goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working across EMEA and preferably Latin America in B2B sales.
  • Background in financial services, payments, crypto, or blockchain/digital asset technologies.
  • Existing network of transferable B2B relationships, preferably with mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders at all levels, especially CFOs, Partners, and Business Owners.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex, high-impact deals with C-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
  • Proactiveness, independence, and a strong results-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to work hard and develop a career in a high-performing sales team.
