Description

  • Acquire new clients through outbound prospecting and consultative selling, and cross-sell or upsell existing clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle for InstantPay and adjacent stablecoin solutions, including prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, pilots, implementation, and expansion.
  • Target and close mid-market and enterprise customers across assigned regions and key verticals such as exporters, e-commerce, logistics, SaaS, and multinationals.
  • Sell to CFOs, Heads of Treasury, and other finance leaders by communicating FX savings, faster settlement times, and operational benefits.
  • Build and manage a territory plan, account strategy, and pipeline to forecast accurately and hit quota.
  • Lead pilots and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and custody/stablecoin providers to ensure smooth onboarding and secure settlement.
  • Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to help evolve features and integrations across cards, credit, spend management, and APIs.
  • Work with Partnerships and Legal to manage relationships with regulated stablecoin issuers, custody providers, and infrastructure partners.
  • Develop go-to-market plays such as pricing, packaging, and vertical motions, and partner with Marketing on demand generation and case studies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
  • Prior quota-bearing Account Executive experience preferred.
  • Direct experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, blockchain, or crypto infrastructure, or deep experience in cross-border payments, FX, and treasury products.
  • Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, rails, counterparty risk, and compliance processes such as KYC/KYB.
  • Experience selling to senior finance leaders such as CFOs and Heads of Treasury in complex enterprise procurement cycles.
  • Ability to build financial models, present ROI, and negotiate commercial contracts.
  • Network of B2B relationships in target verticals such as exporters/importers, e-commerce, logistics, and SaaS.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Comfort operating in a high-velocity startup environment with a proactive, resilient, metrics-driven approach.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar systems.
