Description

  • Acquire new clients through outbound prospecting and consultative sales.
  • Cross-sell and upsell existing clients for InstantPay and adjacent stablecoin solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and demos through negotiation, pilots, implementation, and expansion.
  • Target and close mid-market and enterprise customers across the assigned region.
  • Sell to CFOs, Heads of Treasury, and finance leaders by quantifying FX savings, faster settlement, and operational benefits.
  • Build and manage a territory pipeline, account plans, and accurate forecasts to hit quota.
  • Lead pilots and coordinate onboarding and delivery with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and stablecoin custody partners.
  • Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to improve features and integrations.
  • Work with Partnerships and Legal on regulated issuers, custody providers, and infrastructure partners.
  • Develop go-to-market plays and collaborate with Marketing on demand generation and case studies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
  • Prior quota-bearing Account Executive experience preferred.
  • Direct experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, blockchain, or crypto infrastructure, or deep experience in cross-border payments, FX, and treasury products.
  • Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, settlement rails, and counterparty risk.
  • Practical experience with KYC/KYB and compliance requirements for payments or treasury products.
  • Experience selling to senior finance leaders such as CFOs and Heads of Treasury.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement processes.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills, including building financial models, presenting ROI, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience using CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or equivalent.
  • A network of B2B relationships in relevant verticals such as exporters/importers, e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS.
  • Comfort working in a high-velocity startup environment and operating in a metrics-driven way.
