Description

  • Acquire new clients through outbound prospecting and consultative selling.
  • Cross-sell and upsell existing clients to expand revenue.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
  • Develop and execute effective pipeline strategies, including prospecting, discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quota goals.
  • Provide timely, detailed feedback to management, product, and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to create materials that improve conversion rates.
  • Work with country and regional managers to track and exceed quota targets.
  • Deliver a value-driven client experience for business owners and decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development.
  • Fluent in English; English is used internally across regions.
  • Top-tier consulting or investment banking experience early in career is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup, fintech, payments, or cross-border environment is strongly preferred.
  • An existing network of transferable B2B relationships with mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups is required.
  • Ability to present professionally and communicate effectively with CFOs, partners, business owners, and other stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and eager to succeed in a high-performing sales team.
  • Proactiveness, independence, and a strong get-things-done attitude are important for success.
