Description

  • Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and foster business growth.
  • Identify and engage new clients through cold calling, emailing, monitoring local media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct needs analyses to understand clients' advertising objectives and challenges and deliver tailored, scalable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about trends, technologies, and best practices in the OTT/CTV landscape and provide consultative advice to clients.
  • Provide regular forecasts of sales activities and performance to the regional sales lead.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the professional network and generate new leads.
  • Plan and execute regional travel to strengthen relationships and develop new accounts.

Requirements

  • Established relationships and a robust network with independent and mid-market agencies and clients in your home market and/or designated region.
  • Deep understanding of the local/regional advertising marketplace and the OTT/CTV landscape.
  • Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and priorities independently.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to identify opportunities and strategize effective client solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make decisions that contribute to long-term success.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the designated region.
