Description

  • Define and own the multi-year Salesforce roadmap for the Bath division, aligned to business growth and IT strategy.
  • Partner with executive leadership to present platform strategy, ROI, and investment cases.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and shape adoption strategies for emerging tools and features.
  • Own enterprise architecture for the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with standards.
  • Establish and enforce governance for data models, naming conventions, configuration, code, and org health.
  • Lead architectural reviews for major enhancements and integrations, including security model ownership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce administrators and developers.
  • Manage vendor relationships, implementation partners, contractors, team budget, and statement-of-work negotiations.
  • Oversee the full project portfolio, including intake, prioritization, scoping, budgets, resources, and risk management.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reporting, and release execution.
  • Own the Salesforce cloud ecosystem and oversee integrations, licensing strategy, and AppExchange lifecycle management.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to business leaders, drive stakeholder alignment, and lead change management and adoption efforts.
  • Establish production support processes, incident response SLAs, escalation paths, and root cause analysis for major issues.
  • Manage Salesforce releases, critical updates, and documentation maintenance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • 3+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong Salesforce architecture skills, including data modeling, security design, integration patterns, and org strategy.
  • Technical foundation in Flow automation, Apex, LWC, and API-based integrations, including AppExchange.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute multi-year platform strategies tied to business outcomes.
  • Executive-level communication and leadership skills with the ability to translate strategy into business value for C-suite audiences.
  • Advanced portfolio and project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing platform budgets, vendor contracts, licensing strategy, and ROI modeling.
  • Experience with integration platforms and ERP systems, preferably Infor LN.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification required.
  • Experience leading and scaling cross-functional teams, admins, developers, and vendor partners.
  • Experience managing Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds in enterprise environments, with 500+ users preferred.
  • Additional preferred certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, and Platform App Builder.
