Description

  • Build account call plans and Miller Heiman Blue Sheets for strategic deals and update them throughout the sales cycle.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on radiology, imaging workflow, and industry trends.
  • Partner with Marketing and Inside Sales to develop leads, campaigns, and prospecting strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and radiology association events such as RSNA and SIIM.
  • Use Salesforce daily to manage contacts, activities, and opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual new business sales targets.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline at 3–5x quota.
  • Forecast opportunities accurately using the company's structured sales process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of healthcare sales experience with a strong record of new business acquisition.
  • Proven success selling complex technology or service solutions.
  • Experience in radiology or imaging environments is strongly preferred.
  • Background selling reporting workflow, RIS/PACS, or related imaging applications is a plus.
  • Strong consultative selling approach and ability to manage long, technical sales cycles.
  • Experience selling AI-driven solutions into clinical environments is preferred.
  • Existing network of radiology leaders, including C-suite, Chiefs of Radiology, and Imaging Directors, is preferred.
  • Prior success selling to both community practices and large IDNs is preferred.
  • Certification in Miller Heiman Strategic Selling is preferred.
