Description

  • Respond to customer-escalated technical issues and provide assistance using manuals and scripted responses.
  • Act as a liaison between operations, clients, and Engineering/Development teams.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and help resolve technical issues by prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Manage triage calls, document workarounds and solutions, and communicate clearly with managers and customers.
  • Work collaboratively in a team-oriented, agile environment to support assigned functional areas.
  • Maintain and implement complex databases under the guidance of a lead.
  • Assist with planning and engineering of the organization’s databases.
  • Monitor database performance, scalability, and security and evaluate existing designs for needed updates and integrations.
  • Design and develop SQL queries and reports under the guidance of a lead.
  • Support database administration tasks for RDMS platforms such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
  • Basic proficiency with computers, software applications, and common business systems.
  • Ability to follow written instructions, scripts, and established procedures accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.
  • Ability to work under supervision and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle in a team-oriented, collaborative, agile environment.
  • Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, GitHub, and Jira.
  • Prior experience in one or more of the listed functional areas is desirable.
  • Applicants must be able to pass a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
