Description

Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts.
Collaborate with school and district partners to create and execute a professional development plan.
Travel regionally to support assigned districts, including quarterly visits and in-person professional development.
Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
Analyze data and use insights to inform decisions and next steps.
Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships.
Support districts piloting IXL and other pre-sales opportunities.
Help districts move from adoption to consistent, effective use of IXL that drives student growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is required.
5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting.
2+ years of experience providing professional development.
Instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech professional development experience is strongly preferred.
Experience supporting district implementations is strongly preferred.
Exceptional presentation skills and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, positive, and engaging communication style.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
Self-starter, quick learner, strategic thinker, and problem-solver with a passion for improving education through technology.
Must live in Chicago and be located close to a major airport.

Benefits

Base salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 per year.
