Description

  • Own and deliver end-to-end customer onboarding experiences from discovery through go-live.
  • Manage the full onboarding lifecycle to ensure a seamless, organized, and high-quality customer experience.
  • Proactively manage timelines, milestones, and customer engagement to keep onboarding on track and aligned to target outcomes.
  • Drive accountability and momentum toward on-time go-live.
  • Guide customers through a structured, resource-driven onboarding journey using the right tools, content, and workflows.
  • Act as a strategic partner to support confident adoption without traditional training.
  • Identify onboarding risks, gaps, and trends and share actionable feedback to improve processes and resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance onboarding outcomes and the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in company initiatives, internal platforms, and team engagement efforts.
  • Adapt to evolving tools, workflows, and continuous change within the team environment.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an eye care setting.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare workflows.
  • Relevant industry and software experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation and customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships in a remote environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced onboarding environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research and resolve issues independently.
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to maintain momentum.
  • Comfort with modern tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to evolving technology.
