Description

  • Collaborate with Custom Pros after sale and before onboarding to assess data migration needs and set expectations.
  • Host customer-facing calls to gather requirements, clarify data formats, and support a smooth transition into Houzz Pro.
  • Clean, format, and manipulate customer data to ensure accuracy and compatibility with Houzz Pro system requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with onboarding, sales, and product teams to troubleshoot issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Serve as the primary contact for data migration questions and provide responsive, professional customer support.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of migration processes and progress for internal tracking and customer communication.
  • Manage multiple migration projects independently while maintaining quality and timeliness.
  • Communicate with accounts via phone and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be a permanent resident of Florida, Tennessee, or Texas.
  • Base understanding of Excel or Google Sheets for importing and organizing project data.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to find answers in data to drive improvement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and enthusiasm for explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Goal-oriented self-starter with multiple examples of success.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with construction management software solutions is preferred.
  • High achievement in a previous role is preferred.
  • Data-driven certifications are preferred.
