Description

  • Communicate key product features and benefits to prospective customers.
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs and provide personalized support throughout the sales process.
  • Meet sales goals on a consistent basis.
  • Design and implement new and creative sales strategies.
  • Stay current on changing market trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers.
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve and enhance product offerings.
  • Promote IXL and Rosetta Stone at educational technology conferences nationwide.
  • Travel daily within the territory to customer sites and be available for 75-80% travel with periodic overnights.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 3+ years of educational sales experience.
  • Classroom experience and/or experience in a related educational field preferred.
  • Familiarity with web-based technologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Energy and creativity to help meet sales goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for bringing technology into the classroom.
  • Must be located in Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Yukon, Canada for this full-time remote role.
