Description

  • Handle pre-qualified inbound sales calls and convert leads into clients.
  • Pitch and close credit repair solutions based on each customer’s credit profile and situation.
  • Follow TCP’s step-by-step sales process to present products and address customer concerns.
  • Meet and exceed quotas and KPIs for sales performance.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu in daily operations.
  • Maintain a customer-first, empathetic approach throughout the sales process.
  • Work from home on a full-time remote schedule with required availability.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to TCP’s technology stack and sales tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside or inbound phone sales in the U.S. credit sector, including credit cards, credit repair, credit history, credit scores, or credit reporting.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C financial or banking services.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-first orientation and empathy toward customer needs.
  • Remote full-time availability with one unpaid 1-hour break in a 9-hour shift.
  • Ability to work one of the listed schedules in Eastern Time, including Monday-Thursday with Saturday coverage or Monday-Friday shifts.
  • Bring Your Own Device requirement with a computer that meets company specifications.
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn TCP’s technological suite.
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu is expected for day-to-day work.

  • Base salary of $12/hour or $2,080/month minimum.
  • Progressive uncapped commissions.
  • 100% remote permanent full-time role.
  • 1 month of paid training, scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
