Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement unit and automation testing, drive DevOps practices, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
  • Own the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through deployment.
  • Build and maintain server-side solutions and RESTful web services using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
  • Design scalable architectures with a focus on performance, security, and integration across RDBMS, NoSQL, and cloud technologies.
  • Partner with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to refine user stories and deliver products using Agile/Scrum methods.
  • Lead and mentor software engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
  • Troubleshoot large-scale complex systems and drive process improvements across engineering teams.
  • Advise the team on emerging technologies, security standards, DevOps processes, and identity management practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (B.E. / B.Tech).
  • 12+ years of full-stack Java experience.
  • Extensive experience building services with Java, J2EE, Spring, and microservices.
  • Experience designing and developing applications and web services in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • Experience with RESTful services and API gateways.
  • Strong background in RDBMS and NoSQL technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, ElasticSearch, and Apache Kafka.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of system performance and scalability principles.
  • Experience leading small engineering teams through design, implementation, and delivery of software components.
  • Working knowledge of Linux-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on FedRAMP projects without immigration support.
  • Experience with SAML, OAuth, identity management, and certificate/PKI technologies is preferred.
