Description

  • Monitor and respond promptly to new candidate applications on Indeed.
  • Conduct screening and placement interviews for ABA therapy client cases.
  • Fill new cases within 24–48 hours of receipt.
  • Send onboarding documentation to successful candidates and follow up to ensure timely return.
  • Coordinate background checks and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  • Hand completed cases off to the onshore staffing department with all relevant information.
  • Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems including ClickUp, Viventium, and Teams.
  • Communicate professionally and warmly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Warm and professional phone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-urgency, fast-paced environment.
  • Patient, pleasant, people-focused personality with strong rapport-building ability.
  • Comfortable with basic computer navigation, including MS Office and Outlook.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to manage workload and meet tight turnaround times without constant oversight.
  • Strong head hunter mindset.
  • Background or exposure to ABA therapy, healthcare staffing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Previous experience using ClickUp, Viventium, or similar ATS or project management tools is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with sourcing candidates on LinkedIn is advantageous.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM–12:00 AM South African time, subject to daylight savings).
  • Compensation for South African public holidays in accordance with the BCEA.
  • Opportunity to support a growing, high-impact ABA therapy services provider.
  • Not a commission-based role.
