Description

  • Reach out to nursing facilities across the United States by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Have genuine, unhurried conversations with social workers and discharge coordinators to build rapport and trust.
  • Research and source direct contact details using tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Coordinate onboarding for interested facilities and follow up with contacts who have not yet activated the platform.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to track interactions and manage the follow-up pipeline.
  • Support newly onboarded facilities through the early stages of platform use.
  • Convert facility sign-ups into active users on the platform.

Requirements

  • English must be your first language, with warm, clear, and confident communication.
  • Experience in relationship-based roles such as account management, customer success, relationship sales, or similar.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and putting people at ease.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and works without micromanagement.
  • Strong organisation skills with consistent follow-through and a well-managed pipeline.
  • Resilient and able to handle persistence without letting a difficult call affect your day.
  • Fixed fibre internet with a minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speed is mandatory.
  • Wired Ethernet connection is required.
  • Reliable power backup is required to handle load shedding or outages.
  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 09:00am–6:00pm EST, including both South African and U.S. public holidays.

Benefits

  • Basic salary paid in South African Rands.
  • Commission paid in US Dollars for each facility that signs up and becomes active on the platform.
