Description

  • Engage daily with clients to build relationships, deliver tailored support, and provide custom solutions.
  • Own client projects from start to finish, including scoping, expert search or recruitment, and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and internal stakeholders to present GLG’s product suite and support commercial growth.
  • Help maximize revenue and retain existing accounts through responsive client service and cross-functional coordination.
  • Uphold GLG’s compliance framework and company values in all client and project work.
  • Work directly with leading clients and experts in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Develop and refine business skills through onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Build account management and commercial capability through direct relationship management.
  • Potentially grow into a people manager role and lead future Associates after strong individual performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
  • 0-3 years of work experience in client-facing, sales, or account management roles.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with phone-based outreach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Receptive to close coaching and feedback.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Hustle and tenacity with a strong drive to go above and beyond for clients.
  • Appreciation for data and understanding of numbers.
  • Willingness to work flexible and extended hours, including evenings and some holidays, based on client needs and expectations.
