Description

  • Coordinate and fill cases by matching available and suitable BCBAs with families.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for available cases.
  • Communicate with clinicians and families to ensure appropriate coverage.
  • Onboard clinicians and prepare them to begin providing services.
  • Manage sensitive customer service interactions with professionalism and care.
  • Ensure coordination is accurate, timely, and well organized in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry.
  • ABA experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Excellent English communication skills and fluency.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong intuition.
  • A friendly, patient, and empathetic personality.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work quickly when needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to match the right people to the right cases.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Comfortable navigating MS Office and Outlook.
  • Fixed fibre internet with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload and download and wired Ethernet capability.
  • Reliable power backup to manage load shedding or outages.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
  • Availability to work on South African and U.S. public holidays.
