Description

Lead end-to-end implementation of assigned client projects while maintaining communication and meeting client expectations.
Manage projects to complete on time and on budget against expected KPIs.
Meet with clients after the sale to gather data and information needed to customize software systems.
Lead business-requirements sessions to prioritize needs, assess feasibility, and guide clients toward optimal solutions.
Guide clients through system configuration using a train-the-trainer approach and develop client subject matter experts.
Translate clients’ current business processes into future-state processes within the product and identify gaps or new feature needs.
Document requirements and project artifacts such as statements of work, process flow diagrams, wireframes, flow charts, and system configuration documentation.
Plan and coordinate multiple project initiatives, including project status reporting, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
Work with internal teams to align enhancements, development sprints, ETAs, and impacted stakeholders.
Support user acceptance testing and secure sign-off for new features.
Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned projects and support content accuracy, intent, and product strategy alignment.

Requirements

5-7 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Experience with land management concepts such as parcels and right of way.
Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development practices and procedures.
Ability to identify areas for improvement and act as a self-starter with commercial acumen.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to motivate others and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Experience managing others, including contractors and suppliers.
