Description

  • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise applications that support field operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, field service teams, development teams, and technical groups to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Drive major system enhancement projects from conception through successful deployment.
  • Lead cross-platform integration initiatives to ensure seamless data flow, API connectivity, and communication between tools.
  • Provide senior-level technical support and mentorship to stakeholders and team members.
  • Manage system upgrades, vendor relationships, and complex troubleshooting.
  • Document system architectures, create FAQs, and develop knowledge-sharing materials.
  • Oversee deployments across geospatial network management, network testing and monitoring, fleet telematics, and workforce management platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of hands-on experience in IT systems engineering with a focus on enterprise application management, integrations, and architecture.
  • 3 years of experience leading complex IT projects end to end within telecommunications or field service sectors.
  • Experience configuring, administering, and integrating operational platforms such as geospatial tools, network testing and monitoring systems, telematics, or workforce management systems.
  • Experience with Oracle Field Service (preferred).
  • Background in telecommunications, fiber optic networks, or related utility/infrastructure domains (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, system integration middleware, and scripting languages for automation (preferred).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and IT project management frameworks (preferred).
  • Ability to explain highly technical concepts to non-technical audiences and manage complex vendor relationships (preferred).
  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Benefits

  • US base salary range of $136,000 to $198,000 per year.
  • Bonus and cash award eligibility.
