Description

  • Lead revenue operations strategy and align revenue-generating functions around a unified operating model and data foundation.
  • Own the commercial technology stack, including Salesforce architecture, governance, roadmap, and vendor strategy.
  • Lead the re-implementation and consolidation of multiple Salesforce instances into a single scalable environment.
  • Own company-wide forecasting, including methodology, cadence, inspection, and accuracy improvement.
  • Lead annual and quarterly revenue planning, including territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
  • Design, implement, and operate the commercial Management Operating System, including forecast reviews, operating reviews, QBRs, and QRRs.
  • Administer commercial OKRs and own sales incentive, compensation planning, administration, and performance measurement.
  • Own the execution backbone of GTM campaigns, programs, and sales plays in partnership with Field Marketing.
  • Lead adoption of AI-enabled RevOps capabilities across forecasting, pipeline analysis, deal inspection, and performance insights.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing RevOps organization across sales ops, analytics, and enablement.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in B2B technology or infrastructure software environments.
  • Proven success operating at the SVP or VP level and partnering with C-suite executives and Boards.
  • Deep hands-on Salesforce expertise, including enterprise-scale implementations and multi-org consolidation.
  • Experience owning forecasting, sales planning, compensation design, and revenue analytics.
  • Experience building and running a formal commercial Management Operating System with executive-level rigor.
  • Preferred experience in AI-enabled, data-intensive software businesses.
  • Preferred background supporting enterprise and complex sales motions.
  • Preferred prior experience in acquisitive or platform-consolidation environments.
  • Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capability.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity while building scalable structure.
  • Deep curiosity and practical fluency in applied AI for revenue operations.
