Description

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients after the initial sale.
  • Create and execute account growth plans for an assigned client portfolio.
  • Manage the financial aspects of client accounts, including budget and contract-related discussions.
  • Identify new client needs and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Deliver business presentations to stakeholders, including executive-level contacts.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to support engagement and retention.
  • Advise clients on system adoption, business processes, and best practices for using Borealis.
  • Work with SAAS data to produce reporting and KPIs for clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with Project, Technical, Product, and Account Director teams to meet client objectives and scope additional services.
  • Guide clients toward proper use of the Borealis Helpdesk and Helpcenter and share product feedback to inform the roadmap.

Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, French, and Portuguese.
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration (BBA) or another relevant field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or solution consulting.
  • 2-3 years of experience with SaaS or CRM is a plus.
  • Strong technical and computer software background in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience growing and maintaining client accounts, negotiating contracts and budgets, and scoping client requests technically and financially.
  • Strong communication skills, including comfort with phone-based client conversations.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Cultural competence and the ability to adapt communication to global clients with different backgrounds and skill levels.
  • Availability to work atypical hours to align with international clients and Québec business hours.
  • Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously with flexibility.
