Description

  • Develop campaigns that generate demand for home-based care and coordinate outreach with care delivery teams.
  • Improve the journey from initial awareness to completed visits by identifying friction and testing messages, channels, and calls to action.
  • Create clear communications that explain services, set expectations, prepare members for visits, and support ongoing engagement.
  • Produce content across mailers, emails, texts, call scripts, web pages, physician communications, and short videos.
  • Use approved AI tools to develop concepts, variations, and assets while maintaining factual accuracy, voice, and quality.
  • Partner with clinical, legal, and compliance teams to develop and approve compliant materials.
  • Manage projects from brief through launch and use performance data and audience feedback to improve results.
  • Establish repeatable engagement processes and improve member understanding, scheduling, engagement, and completed visits.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated creative strength in writing, design, or content production, with the ability to work across adjacent disciplines.
  • Strong writing skills with precision and personality for member, caregiver, and physician audiences.
  • Experience connecting campaigns to outcomes, analyzing drop-off points, and planning tests based on results.
  • Ability to understand clinical details and determine which information belongs in audience-facing communications.
  • Experience balancing Medicare or other regulatory requirements with compelling communication and collaborating with compliance teams.
  • Proficiency using AI tools to create content or assets, evaluate outputs, and identify inaccuracies.
  • Experience carrying work from concept through delivery and evaluating post-launch performance.
  • Strong judgment, responsiveness to feedback, follow-through, and relationship-building skills.
  • Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
