Description

  • Own customer outcomes from discovery through realized ROI across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory, and supply chain processes.
  • Develop executive value narratives and lead business value workshops.
  • Build executive sponsorship, co-own change management, and design Center of Excellence roadmaps.
  • Manage complex, multi-region transformation workstreams and AI-assisted account planning and project management.
  • Automate executive governance activities, including QBRs and steering committees.
  • Use AI tools to produce technical outputs and automations while partnering with Applied Value Engineers on solution builds.
  • Develop expansion roadmaps to increase Celonis platform adoption and provide customer-use-case feedback to R&D.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience owning complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, consulting, or pre-sales.
  • Experience with enterprise IT and business software such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or Oracle.
  • Ability to use AI copilots for outputs and automations without relying on heavy manual coding.
  • Proven experience executing process improvements and realizing business value.
  • Experience orchestrating multi-region or cross-business-unit transformation programs.
  • Ability to mobilize VP- and Director-level stakeholders with strong executive presence and fluent English communication.
  • Deep understanding of finance and supply chain domains.
  • Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, business analytics, or a comparable technical field; or business/economics degree with a technical minor.
  • Frequent travel within the United States and eligibility for TN status under CUSMA.
  • Current full-time legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship, LMIA support, or employer-assisted work permits.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $132,000–$151,000 CAD for the Toronto-based remote position.
  • Total compensation includes bonus or commission, equity, health, dental, life insurance, and paid time off.
