Description

  • Handle cases escalated from level 1 support.
  • Track open cases and ensure resolution within established deadlines.
  • Collaborate with teams such as IT, operations, and CX to resolve issues and align processes.
  • Propose ideas to improve customer service.
  • Review and update account holder and investor registration information.
  • Participate in training and development programs to strengthen knowledge of bank products and services.
  • Support the implementation of new customer service policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and critical thinking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and customer management systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital account products and services is a plus.
  • Experience with Tableau is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
