Description

  • Provide expert customer support to Dutch-speaking Dyson customers across the full product range, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care devices, and lighting solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat in a professional, timely, and empathetic manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot product-related technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
  • Process requests related to warranties, returns, replacements, and repairs in line with company policies and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Educate customers on product features, usage tips, and maintenance best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex cases when needed to resolve issues quickly.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, response time, and first-contact resolution KPIs.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch language skills, spoken and written, are required.
  • A valid EU passport or the legal right to work in the European Union is mandatory.
  • A genuine interest in consumer electronics, technology products, and customer service is required.
  • Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a client-facing role is advantageous, especially in consumer electronics or technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally and with empathy.
  • Good working knowledge of computers, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
