Description

  • Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategy and tactics across the full buyer journey.
  • Partner with marketing operations, outbound ADR, Customer Success, Sales, and other stakeholders to align on strategy, messaging, timelines, resources, processes, and KPIs.
  • Build and manage programs for multi-persona buying groups across operations, safety, finance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate ICP insights into targeted messaging, offers, and campaign orchestration.
  • Lead the demand generation portfolio across channels and manage agency partners and cross-functional execution.
  • Track, analyze, and report on demand generation metrics tied to booked meetings, opportunities, HIRO pipeline, and revenue.
  • Use blended attribution modeling and reporting to evaluate campaign performance and spending effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute a multi-channel approach including SEM, SEO, AIO, social media, video, mailers, gifting, content syndication, and partner programs.
  • Lead ABM strategy for target ICP accounts, including segmentation, channel planning, desired actions, sales actions, and performance measurement.
  • Design and run structured experiments across channels, audiences, messaging, and offers, then apply learnings to future campaigns.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing with increasing responsibility and ownership of outcomes.
  • Proven record of driving pipeline performance, executing campaigns, and analyzing results.
  • Experience managing budgets carefully and accurately.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation versus demand generation strategies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management and peer management skills.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and act with accountability and initiative.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Strong comfort with Salesforce and the ability to build critical reporting.
  • Experience with CRM, intent data, and attribution tools.
  • Preferred or implied experience working with company values centered on customer obsession, innovation, trust, friction-driven growth, and ownership.

  • Base salary of $110,000-$115,000 plus bonus.
