Description

  • Uncover new business opportunities with existing clients and grow accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and present solutions based on customers’ business requirements.
  • Analyze client needs and create supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate and prepare Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs), including client data, presentation materials, and prep sessions.
  • Schedule, confirm, and prepare client meetings and other engagement touchpoints in advance.
  • Maintain accurate client records, service tickets, SBR schedules, opportunities, and contact details.
  • Call clients weekly to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
  • Generate quotes by sourcing product costs and managing the order process through approval and follow-up.
  • Use CRM and knowledge management tools to produce sales reports.
  • Assist in compiling KPIs and performance reports for team review.

Requirements

  • Technical background is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in client success, account management, or sales support.
  • Strong background in customer service and sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have a home office setup with at least an 8 GB RAM computer, i5 Windows 10 or macOS Big Sur, stable 5 Mbps+ internet, noise-canceling headset, mobile phone for Microsoft Authentication app, and HD webcam.
  • Must be able to work full time, 40 hours per week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST Monday through Friday.
  • Must have excellent spoken and written English.
  • Must be able to pass online behavior and cognitive assessments.
  • Must provide NBI Clearance for Philippine applicants.
  • Strong cultural fit with ITS values is required.
  • Background in technical solutions delivery or IT services is a plus.
