Description

  • Target, qualify, and close new business opportunities within Life Sciences organizations, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech companies, and CROs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals for data quality, data normalization, NLP, and SaaS products.
  • Build and manage client engagement plans for calls, meetings, and other interactions to strengthen relationships and advance sales opportunities.
  • Design and deliver sales presentations and create collateral that clearly communicates the value of IMO Health’s solutions.
  • Build, manage, and advance a revenue pipeline through timely follow-up and opportunity progression.
  • Own accurate forecasting and reporting to provide visibility and predictability to sales leadership.
  • Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers and craft consultative value propositions aligned to client needs.
  • Craft proposals and close high-value, subscription-based deals to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience with a strong record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Experience selling into Life Sciences organizations such as pharma, biotech, and CROs is required.
  • Experience selling advanced technology solutions such as AI, machine learning, data, analytics, or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with consultative, solution-based selling for emerging products is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with clinical development and clinical trial workflows, including key stakeholders, processes, and challenges.
  • Demonstrated success targeting and developing leads, building pipelines, crafting proposals, and closing high-value accounts.
  • Experience working in high-growth, high-autonomy environments with an entrepreneurial, scrappy mindset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build trust with C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly resourceful and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and overcome objections creatively.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and track performance metrics.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $140,000 to $180,000 per year.
  • Potential bonuses or sales incentives as part of total compensation.
