Description

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, content, performance, and e-commerce.
  • Translate the company’s mission, worldview, and values into a clear and consistent market presence.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Manage agency partners across paid media, creative, and growth.
  • Build systems that improve speed, clarity, and accountability across marketing efforts.
  • Lead organic content and social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Build content systems that support consistency, learning, and iteration.
  • Oversee Shopify and Amazon performance with accountability for revenue and profitability.
  • Partner with product, operations, and customer experience to improve the customer journey.
  • Oversee paid acquisition strategy and build authentic influencer, UGC, and creator partnerships.
  • Use analytics, experimentation, and attribution tools to guide marketing decisions.
  • Elevate email and SMS programs to deepen engagement and lifetime value.

Requirements

  • Senior-level marketing leadership experience building systems, teams, or brands.
  • Experience operating hands-on in a leadership role across brand, content, performance, and commerce.
  • Ability to work comfortably in ambiguity and create structure where none exists.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, storytelling, and cultural relevance.
  • Commercial fluency with P&Ls, margins, CAC, LTV, and MER.
  • Ability to balance data with intuition, brand sensibility, and long-term thinking.
  • Values alignment with mindfulness, personal growth, and intentional living.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to bring teams along with a vision.
  • Comfort working in a remote, async environment.
  • Experience with analytics and attribution tools such as Northbeam or Triple Whale (e.g., preferred).
