Description

  • Design, build, and optimize data architecture to support sales, marketing, and GTM strategies.
  • Synthesize disparate commercial data sources into cohesive data models.
  • Translate complex GTM business questions into technical data requirements with stakeholders.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and governance across the analytics pipeline within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Develop data models, warehousing structures, and ETL/ELT pipelines that support business intelligence.
  • Analyze sales and commercial metrics such as win/loss data, pipeline velocity, sales cycles, and lead times.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Data Architect or Lead Data Engineer with a strong focus on business or sales intelligence.
  • Deep expertise in the Microsoft Data Stack, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Power BI.
  • Strong experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT pipeline design.
  • Ability to analyze and structure commercial metrics such as win/loss, pipeline velocity, and sales cycles.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience synthesizing operational and commercial data into actionable business intelligence.
  • Background working with enterprise analytics environments is preferred.
