Description

  • Translate stakeholder goals into machine learning and AI models that improve clinical outcomes.
  • Define requirements, optimize data collection, build data assets, and deliver insights on business strategy and patient care.
  • Develop models using clinical, claims, and social determinants of health data to produce actionable recommendations.
  • Query Snowflake and prepare data for exploratory analysis and modeling.
  • Collaborate with the Staff Data Scientist and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience, including proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Strong background in study design, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and research methods.
  • Ability to present findings to nontechnical staff across the organization.
  • Experience working in a startup or growth environment.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience with Snowflake, AWS, and/or Tableau.
  • Passion for improving pediatric healthcare for children with special health care needs.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $135,000–$170,000 plus annual bonus incentive.
