Description

  • Serve as the senior strategic lead across multiple client engagements and portfolios simultaneously.
  • Ensure strategic rigor, clarity, and coherence across projects from discovery through delivery.
  • Oversee and guide strategists and teams through ambiguity and complexity while maintaining quality standards.
  • Develop and apply strategy for branded digital experiences, including brand strategy and UX strategy.
  • Balance brand thinking with detailed UX across complex experience strategy engagements involving brand, content, and digital product.
  • Contribute to 2-3 pitches at a time in collaboration with creative, design, and account teams.
  • Present strategic direction and recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders with confidence and influence.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and partner on new business opportunities.
  • Hire, manage, and develop strategists across levels while setting expectations and accountability.
  • Define and implement strategic standards, frameworks, and best practices across engagements and teams.
  • Contribute to internal learning, workshops, and knowledge sharing across the discipline.
  • Foster a culture of strategic excellence, collaboration, inclusion, and sustainable team delivery.

Requirements

  • Senior-level strategy leadership experience across multiple projects, teams, or accounts.
  • Broad strategy experience across brand, digital, product, content, and marketing, with deeper expertise in at least a few of these areas.
  • Experience using research, synthesis, and storytelling to translate insights into strategic direction.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, including leading workshops and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building and leading teams, including setting expectations, developing talent, and creating a collaborative culture.
  • Ability to balance client needs, business goals, and delivery realities in practical decision-making.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, fluid environments with minimal ramp time.
  • Curiosity about emerging tools and technologies and sound judgment about their use.
  • Experience contributing to pitches and partnering with creative, design, account, and executive leadership teams.
  • US-based regional pay range of $150,000-$185,000, adjusted by cost of living (US1 +15%, US2 +7.5%, US3 Base).
