Description

  • Monitor BPO vendor performance daily and surface KPI variances quickly for corrective action.
  • Perform root cause analysis and support timely resolution of vendor performance issues.
  • Maintain and improve scorecards, dashboards, and operational trackers to provide real-time vendor visibility.
  • Coordinate BPO onboarding, milestone tracking, and off-boarding with precision.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate stakeholders at the right time.
  • Support quality and training programs through nesting coordination and QA trend reporting.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and vendor management strategy projects.
  • Prepare stakeholder materials and support process compliance reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, customer support operations, or BPO-related roles.
  • Demonstrated data analysis skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to peers and external vendor stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of following through on commitments and escalating appropriately.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% domestically and internationally.
  • Availability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools, and experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform (preferred).
  • Experience supporting nesting, training coordination, or quality assurance programs within a BPO environment (preferred).
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement (preferred).

  • Base pay range of $82,000 to $86,500 CAD for Canadian candidates.
