Description

  • Define and drive a multi-year strategy and roadmap for storefront theming and merchandising tools.
  • Lead customer discovery with major retailers and translate brand requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
  • Own end-to-end execution across 5+ teams, including PRDs, prioritization, launch sequencing, and metric-driven outcomes.
  • Run experiments and controlled ramps to measure adoption, time-to-launch, conversion lift, and attach rate.
  • Partner with Design to evolve a storefront design system and WYSIWYG tooling.
  • Partner with Engineering to define APIs, SDKs, and internal tools that reduce implementation time and maintenance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for executive and cross-functional communication.
  • Align stakeholders across R&D and Commercial and manage trade-offs, timelines, and retailer commitments.
  • Support collaboration with data science, research, TPM, business development, sales partnerships, solutions architects, and professional services.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS or platform products.
  • 3+ years working directly with enterprise customers in retail, e-commerce, or adjacent industries.
  • Experience running discovery workshops and QBRs with enterprise customers.
  • 2+ years shipping web theming, CMS, site builder, or design system tooling used by multiple customers or teams.
  • Proven track record leading multi-quarter roadmaps across 5+ cross-functional partners and 10+ stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with HTML/CSS, component libraries, responsive design, performance, and accessibility aligned to WCAG 2.1.
  • Ability to write SQL and use analytics or experimentation tools such as Looker or Amplitude, including A/B testing.
  • Experience presenting product strategy, trade-offs, and results to VP+ audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with e-commerce or site-building platforms such as Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace/Weebly, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, or similar, preferred.
  • Experience building extensible platform surfaces, including APIs/SDKs and developer or partner ecosystems, preferred.
  • Background in merchandising, personalization, or search/browse optimization for large catalogs, preferred.
  • Familiarity with brand governance, legal/compliance reviews, and change management within large retailers, preferred.
  • Experience with internationalization/localization, SEO best practices, and performance optimization at scale, preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for retailer workshops, co-development sessions, and key launches.

Benefits

  • Highly market-competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Base salary range of $221,000-$233,000 USD for CA, NY, CT, and NJ; $212,000-$223,500 USD for WA; $203,000-$214,000 USD for OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, and HI; and $184,000-$194,000 USD for all other states.
