Description

  • Define and drive a multi-year strategy and roadmap for storefront theming and merchandising tools.
  • Lead customer discovery with major retailers and translate requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
  • Own end-to-end execution across more than five teams, including prioritization, launch sequencing, and outcome tracking.
  • Write product requirements documents, run experiments, and manage controlled ramps to measure impact.
  • Partner with Design to evolve a storefront design system and WYSIWYG tooling.
  • Work with Engineering to define APIs, SDKs, and internal tools that reduce implementation effort and maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive and cross-functional communication.
  • Align stakeholders across R&D and Commercial teams and manage trade-offs and timelines.
  • Ensure retailer commitments are delivered on time and with quality.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS or platform products.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with enterprise customers in retail, e-commerce, or adjacent industries.
  • 2+ years shipping web theming, CMS, site builder, or design system tooling used by multiple external customers or internal teams.
  • Experience leading multi-quarter roadmaps across 5+ cross-functional partners and 10+ stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with web fundamentals, including HTML/CSS, component libraries, responsive design, performance, and accessibility aligned to WCAG 2.1.
  • Experience with analytics and experimentation, including SQL, Looker or Amplitude, and A/B testing.
  • Experience presenting product strategy, trade-offs, and results to VP-level audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred experience with e-commerce or site-building platforms such as Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace/Weebly, Adobe Experience Manager, or Contentful.
  • Preferred experience building extensible platform surfaces, including APIs/SDKs and developer or partner ecosystems.
  • Preferred background in merchandising, personalization, or search/browse optimization for large catalogs.
  • Preferred familiarity with brand governance, legal/compliance reviews, and change management in large retailers.
  • Preferred experience with internationalization/localization, SEO best practices, and performance optimization at scale.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for retailer workshops, co-development sessions, and key launches.
