Description

  • Proactively identify, pitch, and secure incremental revenue opportunities within an assigned portfolio.
  • Translate RFPs into tailored media solutions rooted in Instacart’s off-platform offerings and 1P data.
  • Assist with audience planning throughout the deal cycle.
  • Build proposals and media plans, close deals, and execute insertion orders.
  • Craft compelling narratives that differentiate Instacart and support off-platform activations.
  • Identify and pitch net-new whitespace revenue opportunities.
  • Drive incremental revenue through upsell, expansion, and media buyer influence opportunities.
  • Own launch-to-wrap campaign execution, including success metrics, pacing, optimizations, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Analytics, Product, Creative, Legal, and Finance to resolve blockers and launch campaigns successfully.
  • Treat live campaigns as sales opportunities by pursuing upsell and renewal conversations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media or sales planning at an agency, publisher, or platform.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic, social, and video advertising.
  • Demonstrated interest in sales, including outreach, pitching, and closing.
  • Motivation to hit and exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and comfort working in ambiguity.
  • Ability to tell a compelling story through data.
  • Self-starter with strong drive to achieve goals.

Benefits

  • Highly market-competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Base salary range of $97,000-$102,500 in CA, NY, CT, and NJ.
  • Base salary range of $93,000-$99,000 in WA.
  • Base salary range of $89,000-$94,000 in OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, and HI.
  • Base salary range of $81,000-$85,500 in all other states.
  • Eligible for a new hire equity grant.
  • Eligible for annual refresh equity grants.
