Description

  • Lead strategic planning and execution of legal and business operations initiatives, including automation of legal processes at scale.
  • Own the design and deployment of efficient Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) workflows and operational methods.
  • Drive implementation and optimization of legal technology systems, including identifying emerging tools and resolving technical issues.
  • Support Go-To-Market strategies, CPQ implementations and enhancements, and Ironclad support for new ad formats and retailer engagements.
  • Implement procurement practices that drive cost savings across contracting and review workflows.
  • Manage eBilling systems and ensure adherence to billing guidelines.
  • Participate in RFPs and law firm evaluations to improve accountability and reduce legal spend.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across procurement, accounting, HR, sales, deal desk, IT, engineering, and enterprise systems.
  • Champion transparent internal communication and encourage adoption of innovative processes across the business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in legal operations, strategy and operations, or a related field.
  • Experience managing technology systems and cross-functional programs.
  • Proven track record leading at least two end-to-end technology implementations with deep systems integrations.
  • Experience with systems such as Ironclad, Zip, Salesforce, CPQ, Oracle, and Workday.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Direct experience collaborating across legal, finance, IT, and business teams.
  • Experience working in a high-growth tech company or similarly dynamic organization (preferred).
  • Prior management experience, including team leadership or direct people management (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Go-To-Market operations, deal desk workflows, or sales process infrastructure (preferred).
  • Experience conducting vendor RFPs, law firm evaluations, or managing external legal spend (preferred).
  • Ability to identify automation opportunities and lead change management efforts (preferred).
  • Interest in leveraging emerging technology, including AI-powered tools, to improve legal and business operations (preferred).

Benefits

  • Highly market-competitive compensation.
  • Base salary range of $172,000-$181,500 USD in CA, NY, CT, and NJ.
  • Base salary range of $165,000-$174,000 USD in WA.
  • Base salary range of $158,000-$166,500 USD in several other listed states and DC.
  • Base salary range of $143,000-$151,000 USD in all other states.
  • Eligibility for a new hire equity grant.
  • Eligibility for annual refresh equity grants.
