Description

  • Recruit, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates.
  • Delegate daily tasks and set the team up to work safely and productively.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of a DashMart warehouse, including light-prep kitchen operations where applicable.
  • Manage scheduling and labor budgets to support 24/7 site operations.
  • Ensure the warehouse meets site-level metric goals and quality standards.
  • Maintain key performance metrics such as order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
  • Partner cross-functionally with inventory and training teams to support team success.
  • Use data to identify process inefficiencies and pain points.
  • Design, build, and execute process improvement projects to improve operations, quality, and employee experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations such as retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfillment, logistics, or operations.
  • Experience managing high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
  • Ability to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts, including late-night and weekend availability.
  • Strong problem-solving approach and comfort solving issues from first principles.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, rapidly changing startup environments.
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
  • College degree or relevant professional work experience.
  • Track record of developing people and delivering results.
  • Analytical, data-first mindset.
  • Interest in taking ownership of a new and rapidly growing business.
