Description

  • Develop and maintain training curricula for onboarding, role-specific technical training, and leadership development.
  • Design and deliver instructor-led, e-learning, and blended learning solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Create training materials such as manuals, job aids, presentations, quick-reference guides, and e-learning modules.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Partner with operations leaders and HR to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and shape learning interventions.
  • Provide consultative support to managers on performance improvement and team development.
  • Manage training projects, timelines, resources, vendor relationships, budget, and event logistics.
  • Maintain training records, completion tracking, and certification documentation in the LMS.
  • Develop and execute internal communication plans to promote and launch training programs.
  • Track training effectiveness, analyze metrics, and improve programs based on feedback and operational changes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in training and development, including at least 2 years in an operations or service environment.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering multi-format training programs, including ILT, vILT, e-learning, and job aids.
  • Strong instructional design skills with knowledge of adult learning principles such as ADDIE or SAM.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience developing internal communications such as announcements, newsletters, and training campaign materials.
  • Experience managing multi-channel communication campaigns with measurable engagement outcomes.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Captivate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications such as ATD CPTD or SHRM-CP preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or people management experience preferred.
