Description

Build and design a robust test automation system.
Monitor each stage of the software development lifecycle to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Predict testing needs and develop test strategies for projects.
Attend internal client and partner meetings and review weekly progress with the project leadership team.
Collaborate with infrastructure, implementation, and automation framework support teams on ongoing improvements.
Define hardware and software requirements for test setups and ensure the quality of test documents.
Review QA artifacts and reports prepared by Quality Assurance Engineers.
Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks.
Follow new project requirements and update test strategies accordingly.
Support a continuous learning culture and contribute to team growth.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Strong English skills for analyzing technical documents.
Deep understanding of modern automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes.
Experience with software testing processes and methods such as ISEB, ISTQB, or TMAP.
Familiarity with functional test automation tools such as Selenium, with Appium, Locust, and Jenkins as additional pluses.
Good knowledge of Quality Assurance and Web Development tools, concepts, and methodologies.
Solid experience with Python or Java.
In-depth knowledge of the Agile Testing Process.
Proactive, self-directed, and curious problem solver with a strong sense of initiative.
Fluency in Turkish is a plus.
