Description

  • Build and design a robust test automation system.
  • Monitor each stage of the software development lifecycle to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  • Predict testing needs and develop test strategies for projects.
  • Attend internal client and partner meetings and review weekly progress with the project leadership team.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, implementation, and automation framework support teams on ongoing improvements.
  • Define hardware and software requirements for test setups and ensure the quality of test documents.
  • Review QA artifacts and reports prepared by Quality Assurance Engineers.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks.
  • Follow new project requirements and update test strategies accordingly.
  • Support a continuous learning culture and contribute to team growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Strong English skills for analyzing technical documents.
  • Deep understanding of modern automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes.
  • Experience with software testing processes and methods such as ISEB, ISTQB, or TMAP.
  • Familiarity with functional test automation tools such as Selenium, with Appium, Locust, and Jenkins as additional pluses.
  • Good knowledge of Quality Assurance and Web Development tools, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Solid experience with Python or Java.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Agile Testing Process.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and curious problem solver with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Fluency in Turkish is a plus.
