Description

Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure high test coverage and fast feedback on defects.
Continuously maintain and improve test frameworks to keep them reliable, efficient, and easy to use.
Define test architecture across all test frameworks and tooling.
Manage test strategy, product testing, and planning within the sprint team.
Create testing documentation, including test plans and test cases.
Find, report, and track bugs through resolution in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the Product team to provide insight that helps shape impactful features.
Provide clear test results to Development and Product teams to communicate project expectations and progress.
Create and maintain security and performance tests.
Maintain and refine quality metrics to track and communicate overall product health.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
12+ years of experience in QA and automation testing with a demonstrated track record of team leadership.
Experience with one of the following languages: Python, Typescript, Java, or Javascript.
Experience writing automated tests for APIs in a scripting or programming language.
Experience with API automation frameworks such as Pytest or REST Assured.
Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Familiarity with Page Object Model for UI automation.
Familiarity with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins.
Experience using AI tools such as Playwright MCP, Claude, and Copilot to improve workflow is preferred.
