Description

  • Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure high test coverage and fast feedback on defects.
  • Continuously maintain and improve test frameworks to keep them reliable, efficient, and easy to use.
  • Define test architecture across all test frameworks and tooling.
  • Manage test strategy, product testing, and planning within the sprint team.
  • Create testing documentation, including test plans and test cases.
  • Find, report, and track bugs through resolution in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to provide insight that helps shape impactful features.
  • Provide clear test results to Development and Product teams to communicate project expectations and progress.
  • Create and maintain security and performance tests.
  • Maintain and refine quality metrics to track and communicate overall product health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in QA and automation testing with a demonstrated track record of team leadership.
  • Experience with one of the following languages: Python, Typescript, Java, or Javascript.
  • Experience writing automated tests for APIs in a scripting or programming language.
  • Experience with API automation frameworks such as Pytest or REST Assured.
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Familiarity with Page Object Model for UI automation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Playwright MCP, Claude, and Copilot to improve workflow is preferred.
