Description

Build and design a robust test automation system.
Monitor the software development lifecycle to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Predict testing needs and develop test strategies.
Attend internal client meetings and review weekly status with the project leadership team.
Collaborate with infrastructure and implementation teams to improve the automation framework.
Define hardware and software requirements for test setup.
Review QA artifacts and reports prepared by other Quality Assurance Engineers.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively.
Adapt test strategies to new project requirements.
Support continuous learning and help shape team growth.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Strong English proficiency for analyzing technical documents.
Deep understanding of modern automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes.
Experience with software testing processes and methods such as ISEB, ISTQB, or TMAP.
Familiarity with functional test automation tools such as Selenium; Appium, Locust, and Jenkins are a plus.
Good knowledge of QA and web development tools, concepts, and methodologies.
Solid experience with Python or Java.
In-depth knowledge of Agile testing processes.
Good knowledge of cloud technologies; Kubernetes is a plus.
Fluent in Turkish is a plus.
Proactive, self-directed, curious, and able to take initiative.
Strong problem-solving mindset and a focus on increasing productivity through automation.
