Description

  • Build and design a robust test automation system.
  • Monitor the software development lifecycle to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  • Predict testing needs and develop test strategies.
  • Attend internal client meetings and review weekly status with the project leadership team.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and implementation teams to improve the automation framework.
  • Define hardware and software requirements for test setup.
  • Review QA artifacts and reports prepared by other Quality Assurance Engineers.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively.
  • Adapt test strategies to new project requirements.
  • Support continuous learning and help shape team growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Strong English proficiency for analyzing technical documents.
  • Deep understanding of modern automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes.
  • Experience with software testing processes and methods such as ISEB, ISTQB, or TMAP.
  • Familiarity with functional test automation tools such as Selenium; Appium, Locust, and Jenkins are a plus.
  • Good knowledge of QA and web development tools, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Solid experience with Python or Java.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile testing processes.
  • Good knowledge of cloud technologies; Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Fluent in Turkish is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-directed, curious, and able to take initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and a focus on increasing productivity through automation.
