Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through product demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Manage sales activity to achieve and exceed annual revenue and growth targets.
  • Support and mentor the SDR team in generating qualified opportunities and pipeline through outbound strategies.
  • Communicate the product value proposition through proposals, presentations, and customer conversations.
  • Advise the team on market trends, customer needs, emerging markets, and competitive activity.
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key customer segments.
  • Present sales performance, revenue updates, and forecasts to management.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and produce reliable forecasting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, and Sales Enablement.
  • Work with enterprise clients across industries such as retail, finance, automotive, telecom, and travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or MarTech.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective phone and listening skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Previous experience in retail, finance, automotive, telecom, or travel is a plus.
  • Strong technical curiosity and an ability to identify solutions and ideas.
  • Experience selling into enterprise-level clients in the US market is implied by the role context.
