Description

  • Own sales performance, growth, and annual quota attainment for the assigned market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and demoing to negotiation and closing.
  • Support and mentor the SDR team to generate qualified opportunities and pipeline through outbound strategies.
  • Communicate the product value proposition through proposals, presentations, and client conversations.
  • Help customers maximize deal value, including the use of free trials and other offerings.
  • Act as the market expert by sharing insights on trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Identify emerging markets, market shifts, and opportunities to expand company offerings.
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to win key customer segments.
  • Present sales results, revenue updates, and realistic forecasts to management.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and an up-to-date pipeline at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or MarTech.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales principles, and negotiating principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective phone and listening skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Superior project and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Technical curiosity and a strong interest in finding solutions and new ideas.
  • Experience in retail, finance, automotive, telecom, or travel is a plus.
