Description

  • Act as the primary face of Insider One for clients and serve as the bridge between customer needs and the company’s technology.
  • Help clients understand their goals and match them with the most relevant features and products.
  • Monitor and drive customer adoption of the platform to ensure clients use the technology effectively.
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and product specialists to provide technical support when needed.
  • Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities to increase client value.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, unmet customer needs, and opportunities to improve the partnership.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships that support overall customer satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Plan strategies to help customers achieve their objectives and prioritize resolution of escalated issues.
  • Bring new product ideas and improvement opportunities back to the team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with positive and energetic phone presence and excellent listening skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail is a plus.
  • Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • French language skills are an asset.
  • Experience working with global clients is beneficial.
