Description

  • Define project scope, requirements, goals, and deliverables for successful implementations, with emphasis on large and complex or enterprise customers.
  • Manage the customer onboarding experience from initial intake call through go-live, including customization, configurations, workflows, and training.
  • Assess customer requirements and business processes to configure applications and recommend best-practice solutions.
  • Document implementation activities, help improve existing procedures, and contribute to new process documentation.
  • Implement assets within target timelines and improve delivery based on leadership goals.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, escalate appropriately, and ensure communications to customers and internal teams are completed.
  • Perform complex implementations independently and recommend implementation approaches.
  • Communicate product and process feedback to managers or SMEs and suggest solutions.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage project expectations to align customer and company needs.
  • Support team members, participate in special assignments, and maintain compliance with policies, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing or supporting software with high transaction volumes.
  • Healthcare EDI knowledge, including ANSI X12, 835, 837, and 270/271, with ability to read EDI files and identify breakage points.
  • Proficiency in HIPAA transaction code sets.
  • Project management fundamentals experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce.com is a plus.
  • Experience supporting Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Strong verbal and written customer service skills and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a large, diverse workload.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or clinical environments such as Ambulatory, Post-Acute, or Acute settings.
  • Knowledge of data security processes and regulations.
  • Knowledge of Patient Revenue Cycle Management, patient payment/merchant accounts, scheduling/time and attendance software, healthcare quality reporting, or billing and revenue cycle management.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship is available for this role.
