Description

  • Manage the client onboarding experience from initial intake through go-live.
  • Document client requirements and configure applications to match provider business processes.
  • Apply a consultative approach to understand client workflows and optimize solutions.
  • Set and manage project timelines, milestones, and customer expectations.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate them using defined procedures.
  • Communicate updates and issues clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify product feedback and expansion opportunities and share them with internal teams.
  • Maintain compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Support operational and financial success by fulfilling additional reasonable duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience implementing or supporting software in a high-volume environment.
  • Healthcare IT experience with working knowledge of revenue cycle management, including claims, remits, and eligibility processes.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA transaction code sets and EDI standards (ANSI X12, 835, 837, 270/271).
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and the ability to work across Windows and Linux.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management fundamentals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with clinical environments such as Ambulatory, Post-Acute, or Acute care settings is preferred.
  • Experience with patient payment platforms or scheduling and time and attendance software is preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship available for this role.
