Description

  • Serve as the primary partner to the President and COO by anticipating needs, managing priorities, and supporting day-to-day operations.
  • Drive follow-through on decisions, action items, and projects to ensure accountability and timely execution.
  • Act as an extension of the President and COO in meetings and communications to support cross-functional coordination.
  • Create executive-level presentations, reports, and board materials that clearly communicate complex information.
  • Draft executive communications, talking points, and internal updates as needed.
  • Manage complex calendars and prioritize scheduling for the President and COO.
  • Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and briefings to ensure smooth logistics.
  • Plan and execute internal and external meetings, events, and engagements.
  • Oversee executive administrative work such as expense reports, document management, and contract routing.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external partners and continuously improve administrative processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skill-based experience.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organization, project management, and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both strategically and tactically, switching between big-picture thinking and detailed execution.
  • Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Highly proactive, collaborative, and able to influence without authority.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
  • Experience supporting executive and board-level materials is preferred.

  • Base compensation range of $77,000 to $110,000 USD.
