Description

  • Develop, test, and maintain Android mobile applications.
  • Design and enhance SDKs for Android with seamless external integration.
  • Write clean, readable code and conduct code reviews to ensure standards and performance.
  • Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and memory issues.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver features.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and implementation plans.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Work with senior developers and architects to make technical decisions.
  • Contribute to cross-platform projects when needed, including React Native-based work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Professional Android development experience.
  • Proficiency in both Java and Kotlin for Android application development.
  • Experience building and maintaining Android SDKs.
  • Proficient with Git and other code versioning tools.
  • Strong understanding of Android design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of MVC, MVP, and MVVM patterns.
  • Strong understanding of SOLID principles and object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud message APIs, and push notifications.
  • Experience with performance tuning, memory optimization, and the full mobile development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and commonly used libraries.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with cross-platform development technologies such as React Native is a plus.
